Get set up in
under a minute

Install the Submit plugin and connect the MCP server. Pick your tool below — both steps are required.

Set up for Claude Code

Two things to install: the Submit plugin (adds the /submit-challenge command) and the MCP server (handles the actual submission). Both take under a minute each.

Install the Submit Plugin

Add the plugin directly from within Claude — no terminal needed.

Open Claude

Go to claude.ai and open or start any session.

Open Settings → Plugins

Click the settings icon and navigate to Settings → Plugins.

Click "Add from URL"

Select Add from URL and paste in the following:

Click Install

Claude will fetch the plugin from GitHub and add it to your session automatically.

Plugin installed. Type /submit-challenge in any session to confirm it's active.

Connect the MCP Server

Add the AI Explorers MCP server as a connector inside Claude Code.

Open Claude Code

Launch the Claude Code app on your computer.

Open Connectors

Click the Customize icon and select Connectors from the left-hand menu.

Add a new connector

Click the + icon at the top of the Connectors panel.

Enter the server details

Name:  AI Explorers

URL:

Click Save.

Set permissions

Open the AI Explorers connector and set Tool permissions → Other tools to Always allow.

All set! Say "submit my challenge" in any Claude Code session to get started.

Set up for Codex

Install the Submit Plugin

Add the plugin from within a Codex session using the /plugins command.

Open Codex

Launch Codex and start or open any session.

Open the Plugins panel

Type /plugins in the chat and press Enter. Select Install plugin from the menu.

Add from URL

Choose Add from URL and paste the following:

Confirm installation

Codex will fetch and install the plugin. Restart Codex if prompted.

Plugin installed. Type /submit-challenge in any session to confirm it's active.

Connect the MCP Server

Add the AI Explorers MCP server from within Codex settings.

Open Codex Settings

Click the settings icon (or press Cmd/Ctrl + ,) to open Codex preferences.

Navigate to MCP Servers

Select MCP Servers (or Connectors) from the left-hand menu and click Add.

Enter the server details

Name:  AI Explorers

URL:

Click Save and restart Codex if prompted.

All set! Say "submit my challenge" in any Codex session to get started.

Set up for Cursor

Install the Submit Plugin

Add the plugin directly from Cursor's Plugins panel — no terminal needed.

Open Cursor Settings → Plugins

Go to Cursor Settings → Plugins.

Paste the plugin link

Click the Search or Paste Link field and paste the following:

Click "Add to Cursor"

The aiexplorers-submit-challenge plugin will appear. Click Add to Cursor to install it.

Plugin installed. Say "submit my challenge" in any session to confirm it's active.

Connect the MCP Server

Add the AI Explorers MCP server from Cursor's Tools & MCPs panel.

Open Cursor Settings → Tools & MCPs

Go to Cursor Settings → Tools & MCPs.

Add a new MCP server

Click Add new MCP server and enter the following details:

Name:  AI Explorers

Type:  HTTP

URL:

Save and restart

Click Save. Fully close and reopen Cursor to apply.

All set! Say "submit my challenge" in any Cursor chat to get started.
